About the Role\
This sales-focused position demands a driven individual who can effectively market and sell Level-Up's innovative solutions across Gauteng, Mpumalanga, Limpopo, and Northwest Regions.
\The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing clients, meeting annual new business sales targets, and fostering strong customer relationships through proactive issue identification and resolution.

Main Responsibilities\
- \
- Prospect and secure potential customers to achieve annual new business sales targets.\
- Develop and implement sales strategies for technology solutions, including Spray, Harvest, Scouting, Asset Management, and pruning visibility applications.\
- Identify and close returnable packaging opportunities for Harvest, Storage, and equipment supply to markets.\
- Maintain a strong relationship with customers, ensuring timely query resolution and proactive issue identification.\
- Interrogate customer requirements and submit them accurately to the relevant HOD for solution development.\
- Meet targets as per the annual sales budget.\
- Assist in producing research documents and stay abreast of industry matters.\
- Partner with the Business Innovations team, Key Account Management team, and inter-company partners to implement best practices for implementing solutions and problem-solving.\
- Interface and liaise with large key customers regularly.\
- Analyze market changes and competitor developments, assessing their direct and indirect effects, supported by relevant analyses and reports.\
- Prepare and report on monthly sales figures with full variance analysis.\
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.\
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, exhibitions, and trade shows, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional workshops.\

- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals efficiently.\
- Creative and a passion for Sales.\
- Advanced command of MS Office, CRM, and BRM tools.\
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills.\

Education and Experience\
- \
- A tertiary qualification supporting the job requirements.\
- At least five years of industry sales experience, with three years in Agricultural supply chain experience.\
- A sound understanding of Web applications, mobile applications, hand-held scanners with RFID/barcode readers, BTLE devices, fixed RFID readers/antennas, IOT instruments, GPS tracking devices, and custom factory (pack house) integration equipment.\
- A valid Driver's license and reliable vehicle.\
- This role requires extensive travel throughout South Africa.\

Estimated Salary: R 800,000 - R 1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.\Note: The estimated salary range provided above is based on industry standards and may vary depending on the individual's qualifications and experience.
