This position is responsible for assisting with site acquisition functions in a specific region and reports to the Site Acquisition Manager.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

- Site Acquisition: Gathering and processing background information such as surveyor general diagrams, Windeed documents and lease agreement backing documentation.
- Compliance audits per site, to ensure One Drive is fully updated, which required approvals and documents
- Lease review: assistance and processing
- One Drive: filing all relevant information on One Drive and ensuring that it is up to date.
- Administration: Assist with certain Regional Tracker updates.
- Permitting (In house permitting): Follow-up regularly at municipalities to speed up the permitting process.
Other projects and duties as assigned.

**Experience**:
Required
- 1 year(s): 1+ years’ experience in telecommunications or property industry required.Experience in document control required.
**Education**:
Required
- Bachelors or better in Urban Planning or related field
**Skills**:
Required
