**2. POSITION OBJECTIVE**

To be successful in this role, you should have a deep understanding of all administrative procedures, from creating work schedules and communicating with Doctors to budgeting and maintaining supplies.
You will use your organizational and leadership skills to ensure compliance with policies and regulations. To build strong database systems and networks.

**4. KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES**
- This role requires a customer orientated, motivated and hard-working individual with a stable track record. You must have excellent relationship building abilities and good communication skills.
- You will be responsible for updating and maintaining accurate records on the CRM system, processing incoming and outgoing documentation, resolving queries as needed and assist with the day-to-day running of the office.
- Analyse the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
- Assist with customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Excellent knowledge of business relationship management and customer relationship management
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future relationships.

**QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE**

Qualifications - Essential:

- Matric

Qualifications - Advantageous
- A tertiary medical/healthcare qualification

Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Essential):

- 3- 5 years in a similar role
- Ability to call on Doctors and associated professionals
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management
- All round great administration skills
- Sales skills
- Goal orientated and motivated to achieve targets
- Recognising new business opportunities and acquisition thereof
- Own vehicle
- Valid driver’s license
- Clear criminal record
