**Job Summary**

**What you will do**:

- Product Problem Management
- Support Investigation and resolution of product problems
- Develop and communicate ICA/PCA
- Manage Product Problem Impact on Local Fleet
- Develop Action Plans and Local ICAs
- PPM Meeting Participation and Product Group Communication
- Create and Prioritize CPI Issues
- Enable communication between Dealer and Product Groups
- Identify Emerging Issues
- Escalate problems for investigation prioritization
- Support/Sponsor tests at local customer sites
- Product Performance
- Publish containment service letters
- Technical Consultancy
- Service Magazines Communication
- Prioritize action plans based on KPIs
- Component Life Management
- Work closely with SPMs
- Promote best practices

**What You Have**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- 10 years of experience
- Strong project management skills
- Technical / machine-specific knowledge
- Willingness to travel as required 25-50%
