**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Help the organisation reach its short
- and long-term goals by contributing to corporate strategy in the areas of manufacturing, purchase, distribution, and supply chain.
- Oversee and direct operations personnel to guarantee that they are trained and driven to do their duties to the necessary calibre.
- Create and put into effect rules and processes to guarantee that necessary business goals are met by key operational functions.
- Create and monitor operating budgets to encourage profitability and guarantee that the business has all the resources necessary to accomplish its goals within predetermined financial constraints.
- Oversee and manage production to guarantee that clients receive completed goods of the necessary calibre at the appropriate times and for the costs agreed upon.
- Assume responsibility for purchasing to make sure the business has the supplies it needs for manufacturing at the appropriate times, within budget, and with the necessary quality standards.
- To make sure that clients receive the correct amount of items at the proper times, direct and oversee the warehousing and distribution processes.
- oversee and manage the activities of the supply chain.
- In order to guarantee safe and healthy working conditions at all corporate sites, develop all relevant policies and procedures.
- To guarantee efficient coordination of all business operations in support of corporate goals, maintain working relationships with each other director.
- Gather, analyse, and evaluate measurements and data to assess the overall performance of the business.
- Serve as the company's principal advisor on all matters pertaining to operational operations and stay up to date on new developments to guarantee that the business keeps its competitive edge.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Masters or Honours in relevant field (Business, finance, etc)
- 5-10 Years experience in high level operational role
- Proven track record with large Crypto/Fintech/Finance companies
- Strong leadership qualities
- analytical abilities to assess performance/operation indicators and data
- Outstanding interpersonal and bargaining abilities
- Outstanding leadership and organisational skills
- Outstanding time management skills
- Outstanding ability to make decisions

**Salary**: R65,000.00 - R85,000.00 per month
