**Director of Strategy and Operations/ **‘**Right-hand**’ **to MD**

**Introduction**:
**Primary role**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic individual to join our executive team. In this role, you will work closely with the MD and senior leadership to drive key initiatives, facilitate decision-making processes, and ensure effective coordination and communication across the organization and beyond. This is a pivotal role that requires exceptional organisational abilities, strong business acumen, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Key duties**:

- Serve as a key confidante to the Director of multiple entities, providing strategic guidance, insights, and recommendations
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement key organizational strategies and initiatives
- Drive the execution of high-priority projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate and facilitate executive meetings, including agenda setting, preparation of materials, and follow-up actions
- Support the director in internal and external stakeholder management, including preparing presentations and communications

**Your Experience & Qualifications**
- Outstanding academic track record from a leading university
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum **3 years of experience in leading complex projects, preferably at a top multinational management consultancy and/or venture-backed start up**:

- Excellent analytical and communication skills including mastery of PowerPoint & Excel
- Great organizational skills and structured way of working
- Exceptionally driven and committed to striving for excellence
- Highly self-driven, well-structured yet flexible, able to think strategically
- Eager to develop new skills and areas of expertise, and display a high level of agility
