
Quality Administrator

**MAIN PURPOSE**: Supports the Quality Manager to ensure the optimal function and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System across the Group.
**DUTIES**:
- Maintains document revision controls within the QMS manual;
- Ensures procedures are regularly reviewed and updated;
- Assists with the implementation of new procedures as identified by the Quality Manager;
- Task manager for non-conformances, audit findings, engineering and process changes, new product requests and introductions to ensure projects are managed to completion;
- Maintains audit schedules and makes appointments with auditors;
- Assist with the preparation for audits and with audits;
- Arrange QMS meetings and take minutes for such meetings;
- Maintains and updates the QMS dashboard;
- Assist with identifying opportunities for improvement within the QMS;
- Provides administrative support to the Quality Manager;
- Other quality related support and tasks as may be determined from time to time;
- Assist with the implementation of health and safety policies and procedures;
- Compliance with the Quality Management System;
- Compliance with Safety, Health & Environmental policies.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:
- ISO9001 or equivalent training or Quality qualification;
- 3+ Years work experience;
- Process and systems mind-set;
- Excellent English language skills;
- Proactive and persuasive;
- Very well organised;
- Ability to prioritise;
- Computer literate.
