**Export Sale Manager**

**_ As an Export Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:_**
- Export Agreements - Maintain control and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
- Market Research - Develop and implement market share statistics to maximize export potential.
- New Agent Development - Forge strategic alliances and negotiate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in export countries.
- Logistics Collaboration - Collaborate closely with the logistics department to expedite export orders.
- Manufacturing Liaison - Work closely with the manufacturing team to fulfill export orders efficiently.
- Market Expansion - Identify new export markets and explore opportunities for our diverse product range.
- Pricing Strategy Management - Oversee pricing strategies and ensure profitability in export markets.
- Sales Division Control - Manage sales margins, costs, and budgets for responsible growth.
- Aftermarket Sales Collaboration - Coordinate with the aftermarket sales team to balance capacity effectively.
- Product and Warranty Training - Provide technical knowledge and training to enhance product understanding.
- Goal-Oriented Leadership - Set targets and aspirations for the export sales division's continuous growth.
- Qualifications - Possess a minimum Matric plus a relevant tertiary business qualification, such as Bcompt Marketing/NDip Marketing and Sales. Export qualification is preferred.
- International Expertise - Demonstrated experience of at least 5 years in an export sales environment.
- Trade Compliance Knowledge - Familiarity with export documentation, cross-border duties, and regulations.
- Financial Acumen - Understanding of INCO terms and various financial payment methods for exports.
- Multilingual Advantage - Proficiency in English is essential, while fluency in French, Portuguese, or German is highly valued.
- Presentation Skills - Ability to deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Travel Experience - Prior experience traveling within Africa is advantageous.
- Industry Familiarity - Knowledge of the automotive and industrial sectors is a plus.
- Certifications and Licenses - Possession of relevant educational certifications and a valid driver's license.
