Import and Export Sales Administration Manager

Sales Administration Manager with tertiary qualification and minimum 3-5 years’ Operational Management experience in the Sales / Logistics / Earthmoving environment required to manage complete sales administration function on an import and export level and to support sales expansion and continuously improve the accuracy of all sales related information.

Minimum requirements:

- 3-5 years’ Operational Management experience in a sales/logistics and/or earthmoving equipment environment essential
- B. Degree in Accounting/Admin/General required
- Valid driver’s license
- Clear credit and criminal record essential
- Valid passport required

**Responsibilities**:

- Sales administration of the complete sales cycle relating to administration, including budgeting, forecasting, quotations, ordering, imports, exports, invoicing, collections and reporting
- Manage Import and Exporting on an international level
- Tender compilations
- Manage DealershipAgreements
- Manage prospects, market share, profit, cost stock and sales reports
- Equipment ordering process
- Logistics - manage all logistics related to Sales - order tracking, quotations, PO’s, Invoices, Delivery Process, landing and clearing
- Manage the complete import and export procedure of equipment
- Manage service providers - clearing agents and transporters
- Review logístical processes to identify cost savings
- Manage shipment receiving, assembly and delivery processes
- Assist in the managing of VAT related processes and customs VAT related queries
- Machine Volume and Stock management
- People management
