A group of companies in the agricultural and tourism sector is looking for a HR and Payroll Administrator. What started as a small family business more than 30 years ago, has grown into a group of established businesses that offer holistic all inclusive solutions for the farming community in South Africa and neighbouring countries. The company is focused on offering sustainable, long term and cost effective solutions for their clients, which speaks to the company's culture too.
The role is multifunctional and includes Payroll and administrative HR functions:
- Full payroll function including salary journals, payslips, IRP5's advances and loan accounts, commission reports, timesheets
- Administration of Pension/Provident & Risk Funds
- UIF administration
- Full statutory processing function (EE, SD, EMP's WMC, ROE etc)
- Workmans Compensation Returns and Letters
- HR administration function (contracts, leave, job descriptions, birthday calendars, medical aid contributions etc)
- Salary calculations for new, current and leaving employees
- Annual Audits
- Petty Cash Management
- SETA SDF / GRANTS / WSP/ TSP
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Matric, but a relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous.
- At least three years relevant experience, as set out above.
- VIP Payroll knowledge and experience.
- Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
