**Job Duties/Responsibilities will include**:
Manage Executive Team's Dairy and scheduling
Drafting and writing high quality reports
Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the Executive Team
Screen calls, manage and maintain confidential information
Handle issues with discretion and sensitivity
Communicate with Shareholders support team
Assist with other responsibilities such as event planning, ordering stationery etc
Liaise with Attorneys, bankers and Accounting Officers
Assist with Marketing and CRM functions
Maintain and keep records of company information and company documents

Grade 12/Matric
Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or Secretarial Studies
Degree Advantageous
Project Management Certificate is a plus
2 - 3 years experience in a Similar Role
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
Highly Professional Individual
Analytical and Problem Solving abilities
Deadline driven and Proficient in Time Management
Excellent team player and collaboration with other departments and overall business
Attention to detail and Accuracy
Accountability and managing output quality
High level of confidentiality
Embraces Company values and ethics
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) (Creating Spreadsheet for Reporting)
Excellent Grammar
Creative with experience in design and branding
