The purpose of this role is to build and develop a management set of core competencies that will service the digital media, e-Commerce, loyalty, and customer requirements across the business, enabling revenue and brand equity growth.

Reporting to the Marketing Executive; the E-commerce and Loyalty Manager owns and is accountable for the digital strategies; sales revenue and profitability of e-commerce, as well as the omnichannel loyalty experience. They will work cross-functionally and liaise with the international team to drive digital transformation within the market, ensuring that the brand is portrayed consistency and in line with corporate standards across digital platforms. They will work towards providing an exceptional customer experience online and execute commercial strategies to meet business objectives. They will lead all loyalty projects, maximising the ROI and achieving outstanding results in customer retention and acquisition.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and provision the operational, promotional, loyalty and marketing functions within the e-Commerce business
- Create, develop, and coordinate an online marketing plan to drive the overall net sales objective, brand site database and site traffic increases
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives with support from the Marketing Analyst
- Ensure that the digital marketing informs and supports the development of all brand-building, promotional, loyalty and campaign activities
- Develop and implement SOPs across the digital team
- Management of digital marketing services team and service providers to optimise the user experience
- Ensure that the forecast budget and profit number are achieved
- Manage e-Commerce and loyalty projects and budgets
- Manage and develop cross-functional department and matrix staff, providing for coaching and development opportunities as appropriate and as it pertains to online e-Commerce and loyalty
- Manage workflows and look for process efficiencies
- Set up and drive 3Pi websites as per global strategy
- Ensure the delivery of content management, merchandising and day-to-day management of the website and driving e-Commerce revenue targets
