**ABOUT THIS ROLE**
We are looking for an experienced Tender Administrator to support the Company in executing the tender strategy by participating and coordinating on tender processes with all stakeholders through preparing, monitoring, reviewing and tracking tenders.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop, implement and maintain the Tender Management & Reporting Strategy
- Attend to searching for open Tenders, RFQs and RFPs.
- Evaluate tenders to determine viability (Call for decision)
- Be familiar with all tender platforms used for advertising Tenders.
- Attend to registering the Company on supplier databases of different entities.
- Be responsible for attending Tender briefings (Co-ordination in different locations is Key)
- Be responsible for completing and compiling Tender documents and all Tender requirements.
- Ensure all Tenders, RFP's, Presentations are aligned with Nimble branding
- Competently respond to Tenders, RFQs and RFPs.
- Ensure timely submission of Tenders.
- Follow up on submitted Tenders. Keep a Live Register
- Ensure all statutory documents are kept up to date.
- Compile and maintain a pipeline for prospective clients.
- Compile monthly reports on Tenders submitted, awarded, pending and unsuccessful and further compile reasons for unsuccessful Tenders.
- Advise on best practice and improvement areas for successful tendering.
- Set up meet and greet meetings with companies in which the firm was successful in its bid.
**BOXES TO TICK**
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
- A BComm qualification is advantageous
- Experience within the financial services / credit management industry is preferred
- Experience and knowledge of the various Acts relating to tenders, RFP's and RFQ's
- Private / public sector bidding experience
