Administration Clerk: Physical Records Management

**Job Purpose**:
The Department of Infrastructure, Western Cape Government has an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and competent individual to render a general administration support services.

**Minimum Requirements**: Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification).
**Recommendation**:
None.

**Key Performance Areas**:
Render general clerical support services**:Record, organise, store, capture and retrieve correspondence and data (line function); Provide supply chain clerical support services within the component: Provide personnel administration clerical support services within the component: Maintain a leave register for the component: Capture and update expenditure in component.

**Competencies**:
Skills in the following: Communication (written and verbal);Planning and organising; Report writing; Proven computer literacy.

**Remuneration**:
R 216 417 per annum (Salary level 5)

Note on remuneration: Service benefits or obligations for qualifying employees (medical assistance, housing assistance, pension-fund contributions, etc) are funded or co-funded in terms of the applicable prescripts or collective agreements.
