Customer Experience Executive

A popular holiday destination group of companies is in the process of employing X2 Customer Experience Executive (Holiday Concierge) to execute all functions relating to club members, s.a. reservation bookings, account management, customer care, eGuest admin and Membership optimisation via sales & upgrading. _This is a great opportunity for the young and dynamic, who loves to get her clients to the places they want to visit.

**Must have / be**:
- Travel / Tourism Diploma
- Travel Consultant / Reservations exp
- 2 + yrs exp in holiday reservations
- **Afrikaans** proficient
- Superb telephone etiquette
- Sound relationship building skills.
**Skills required.**
- 3 - 4 years exp as a Travel Consultant & / or Holiday Reservations
- Strong relationship building skills required
- Good interpersonal skills with above average telephone etiquette
- Good written and verbal communication (English & Afrikaans)
- Problem solving skills
- Good listening skills
- Basic numeric and accounting would be beneficial
- Sound overall communication skills; e.g with team members, management and clients
**KPA’s**:
- Bookings & Reservations
- Adhered to Member’s holiday requirements i.e. preference in wildlife / beach / outdoors, how many holidays per year, school holiday needs, weekend getaways, children, work commitments
- Personalise and tailor holidays to the Member’s needs
- Perform Member Credit Control Requirements
- Ensuring accounts (loan & subscription) are timeously paid
- Understand the Member’s financial position
- Responsible for upgrading of Members accounts,
- Pushing of sales by upgrading at point of booking or based on Member’s holiday needs
- Cross-sell products to existing Members
- Handle eGuest surveys
- Ad hoc Customer Care services
