Retail Receptionist/till Operator

We have a job opportunity available in Rivonia for one of our Retail stores. The Receptionist/Till operator will be responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment as well as assisting at the tills.
**Minimum Requirments**
- Must have Matric
- Must have reliable way to work and back
- Must be fully bilingual and understand/speak **Afrikaans** due to the industry, most of our clients are Afrikaans.
- Good time management
- Analytical Thinking
**Daily tasks and activities**:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors might have.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including the printer and stationery requirements.
- Keep detailed records of visitors by completing the foot count report.
- Receive deliveries, sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Take inventory of stationary and restock as needed.
- Contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Assisting with the till operators.
**Time Commitments**
The Employee's working hours will be as follows:
- Mondays to Fridays 08H30 - 18H00
Saturdays
- Every other weekend: 08H30 - 15H00
Sundays - Every other weekend: 9H30 - 13H00
