Attendance and minuting of Management/Council and other ad-hoc meetings in collaboration with other secretaries
Assumption of duties relevant to the secretary of meetings (such as preparing the agendas and meeting venues)
Administrative support to the office of the Principal (including QMS, Risk Management, and Internal Audit)
Assisting top management with other statutory reporting (such as monitoring, evaluation, and strategic planning and coordination
Assist the Principal with compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and for ensuring that decisions of management and council are implemented
**Qualifications**:
A three-year relevant administrative qualification
High level of computer literacy (MS Package, ZOOM, and MS Teams)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans
Secretarial administrative work experience with Executive/Senior Management
Minute taking experience
Experience in the use of online platforms such as Zoom and MS Teams
