A position have arisen in a plastic recycling company in our Production/ Logistics and Administration Department for a **Admin/Reception** on a full time basis. The company is based in Alberton Alrode area and is seeking a dynamic individual with at least one year relevant experience.
The purpose of the job is to;
- Welcome clients' / visitors'
- Assist the Management with daily tasks.
- Assisting with limited HR function for General Staff members
- Assisting with clocking and general staff member planning
- Assisting with issuing of stock both fuel and maintenance spares
- Provide administrative support to the management team.
- Handle correspondence and communications.
- Maintain organized records and files.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Taking call
- Taking down messages
- Attend to all office administration
Non-negotiables:
- Matric
- Some relevant tertiary qualification is a PLUS
- No less than 1 year Receptionist / Administration experience
- Strong administration skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong typing skills
- Computer literate
- Energetic
