Human Resources Officer

**Minimum Requirements**:
- Degree in Human Resources Management
- Proficient in English - good written and verbal communication
- Minimum 5 years' experience in all aspects of human resources listed below
- Sound knowledge and interpretation of the BCEA, LRA, SDA and SDL Act, EE Act, OID and the Main Agreement for the MEIBC
- Good interpersonal skills

- Payroll - Sage Premier
- Salary & Wage increases
- Leave management
- Payroll statutory requirements
- ROE for OID
- TYE and mid-year tax reconciliation
- Generate and submit Stats SA reports
- Skills Development Plan and Annual Training Report
- Source accredited training interventions and providers
- Plan training and ensure implementation thereof
- Register learnerships and apprenticeships on Merseta NSDMS
- Employment Equity
- Compiling EE plan after consultation with the EE Committee
- Compiling annual EE reports and submit to Dept of Employment and Labour
- BBBEE (Skills Development)
- Collate evidence for BBBEE verification
- Labour Relations
- Representation at MEIBC Centre for Dispute Resolutions or CCMA

- Bachelors (required)
