Front Office Shift Leader

This position will play an important role in the front office team, this role will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of Front Office, responsible for managing the Front Office Team with a focus on Customer Service, compiling reports, and interacting with the other stakeholders in the business.
**DUTIES** will include (but not be limited to):
- Overseeing daily operations
- Ensuring employee productivity
- Monitoring efficiency of all processes
- Create a positive work environment for employees
**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCES**:
- Diploma/Degree relevant to the field of Hospitality
- 2 years’ experience in a management role of a recognized, luxury hospitality brand
- Must be willing to work shifts and duty manager shifts on a rotation base.
