**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team and contribute to our company's growth in the heavy machinery sector. The Sales Specialist will play a key role in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prospect and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities within the heavy machinery market.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our machinery solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer needs are met and inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, negotiating terms and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports for sales performance analysis.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services and expand our network.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the heavy machinery industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
