Executive Personal Assistant to CEO

**Minimum requirements for the role**:
- Minimum matric is essential for this role.
- A Law or HR Diploma or an undergraduate qualification in commerce or related qualification is preferred.
- Previous experience having worked as an Executive Assistant or within a related role providing high level support to senior executives is essential.
- Previous experience working with contract administration is preferred.
- Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
- Must have excellent organisational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills as well as good presentation skills.
- Must have exceptional attention to detail.
- Must have the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, complex environment. Must be able to exercise thoughtful and independent judgement and discretion while maintaining direct and diplomatic approach.
- Proven commitment in maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
- Providing executive support and assistance to the Group Chief Executive Officer.
- Ensuring follow up of various responsibilities within the office for the group **CEO** as well as other parties involved in meetings/projects.
- Ensuring project support is timely, accurate and responsive to the needs of the team.
- Preparing regular reports against project progress in agreed format and content.
- Preparing the group **CEO** for meetings and speaking engagements with a variety of audiences.
- Coordinating projects based work across the divisions/ departments under the group **CEO**‘s direction.
- Supporting the group **CEO** on the day to day activities and various other projects.
- Writing of briefing notes and other written materials for the group **CEO** as well as assisting in the coordination and response to the group **CEO**’s day to day correspondence.
- Managing relationships within the secretarial cadres and relevant levels with other government departments and agencies.
- Acting as the **CEO**’s administrative liaison.
- Assisting Board Members with travel arrangements and accommodation as needed.
- MUST BE FLUENT IN FRENCH
**Salary**: R1.00 per month
