Masterparts is a wholesaler and retailer of automotive spares that employs about six hundred employees at warehouses and branches in the Western Cape, KwaZulu Natal, and Namibia.

We offer a competitive package, including an annual performance bonus, travel allowance, medical aid, and provident fund for an experienced HR and Recruitment officer to join our small HR team and assist with the following:

- Recruitment for branches in KZN, the Western Cape, and Namibia.
- HR Support to Head Office employees, and Managerial and Admin employees at all branches.
- Payroll capturing for Head Office employees, and Managerial and Admin employees at branches.
- Administration, scheduling, and control of all training.
- Employment Equity admin and reporting.
- SDL admin and reporting.
- Administration of the Masterparts bursary scheme.
- Ad Hoc Duties that may arise.

We are looking for a person who can function effectively in a high-pressure environment.

**Requirements**:

- Great interpersonal skills with the ability to create professional relationships in a diverse environment.
- The ability to function optimally and professionally in conflict situations and to resolve conflict situations.
- Be organised with a systematic approach.
- Meticulous with attention to detail.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and be deadline driven.
- You must be able to travel regularly in the Western Cape, to other provinces within South Africa ato Namibia.
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- Intermediate to expert knowledge in the following systems: Sage People Payroll, HR, Equity, Skills (or similar)

MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS Teams
Specialised recruitment systems.
- You must have extensive recruitment experience, and be familiar with recruitment procedures and systems.
- Experience conducting or facilitating induction procedures.
- You must have experience with Employment Equity and SDL procedures, analysing data, and preparing statutory reports.
- You must have basic payroll and HR generalist experience.
- You must be able to facilitate meetings (Equity, Training, and Bursary Panel)
