Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
KEY OUTPUTS - Provide shopper insights and knowledge to customer on category opportunities and performance - Co-ordination of strategy and business plans for key customers - Determine optimal category choices and develop clear customer strategies for opportunities identified - Development of clear look of success to “win at the point of purchase” - Customer specific equipment innovation - Build knowledge of customer to support strategies and plans - Develop and identify revenue growth opportunities to maximize customer value growth potential - Develops briefing strategy and guidelines for execution aligned with the activation platforms - Responsible for cross functional management of promotions and events - Responsible for the co-ordination of POS materials - Responsible for after action reviews of all programs to glean learnings and facilitate continuous improvement and action learning - Supports Channel Development Manager in Direct Marketing Expenditure - Provide regional support to execution staff as well as customer support for programmes developed**
