Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a knack for administration? Our market-leading client is looking for a dedicated Bookings and CS/SR Administrator to join their Service Department. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for coordinating and managing the administration of the Customer Service and Service Requests. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our customers receive superb service from their first call to the final follow-up. Your duties will include Taking Bookings, handling and resolving customer complaints or queries, job card openings, workshop capacity checks, providing support to the Service Advisors and Warranty Clerk when needed and general administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the service department.

**Job Requirements**
Matric Certificate.
A valid Drivers License.
Relevant experience in the franchised motor industry is essential.
Excellent working knowledge of Evolve.
A customer service enthusiast with a mindset focused on excellence.
Professional telephone etiquette and the ability to handle calls swiftly and efficiently.
Consistent, assertive, and can maintain high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
A self-driven individual who thrives without constant supervision.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
A team player with a good understanding of interdepartmental dynamics.
