**_Stakeholders_** _”_, through enhancing the organization's capacity to share its mission and realize its vision with its target donors both locally and globally. Collaborate and work closely with Imams to identify and mobilise donors within the Imam’s community. o The organization is under the direction of the Resource Mobilisation Manager. The duties include developing and putting into action effective resource mobilisation strategies and increasing the organization's resources. The RM manager coordinates the key operational plan, and the budget, as well as creates and improves work and mobilization policies in smart and advanced approaches and strategies. o The Communities Resource Mobilisation Co-Ordinator is to provide a coordinated, responsive, and clear interface between community donors and Mercy Missions. Highly responsible for the organisation’s external representation. A key aspect of this role is to work, build and maintain relationships with donors and Imams, to ensure concise
information provided to donors, establishing strategies to attract donors to support our programs and securing funding for the programmes and initiatives as required.
**Duties and Tasks**:
- Collaborate with Imams to identify potential influential people in the community and potential donors.
- Develop the resource mobilization plan regarding the communities of the Imams.
- Collecting donor information and building the database for the donors in the communities of the Imams.
- Helping to organize and oversee the logistics for development events, which may include organizing speakers and ensuring that leaders from your organization are present at the events.
- Implement activities such as fundraising or gift-giving. They manage all the donors, and volunteers.
- Maintain a good relationship with the Imams and stakeholders.
- Gatekeeper for the organization by ensuring time completion of reports and program implementation and continuously improving donor reports.
- Knowledge of program implementation from working with the RM manager on donor conditions for grants/funding.
- Coordinate and attend donor & field visits to ensure follow-ups are done on issues raised and undertakings to arise from the visit.
- Create and secure funding strategies to build long-term rather than short-term funding approaches.
- Identify and develop opportunities with existing and new donors and maintain strong relationships with existing donors by building interactive relationships and strategizing to the interests and expectations of donors.
- Conduct ongoing donor research, gatherings, and analysis of funding trends to inform and align funding strategies.
- Compile and circulate a Donor Report and ensure this is updated monthly, with reports due over subsequent 3-month periods highlighting how funds were used.
- Status of relations with the donor, identify risk areas, learning points, and solutions.
- Contribute to reports and submissions as needed.
- Support RM Manager to prepare for the monthly donor meetings and have a general overview of the progress of donor spending.
