Sales Support Administrator

_**Introduction**_
Our office in the Centurion/Midrand area is looking for an Sales Support Administrator for its Southern Africa business. The company specialises in software development and supply chain services for the industrial, construction and mining industries. The main function of this position is to support the sales and management team to grow the business.
- **Duties and Responsibilities**_
- Represent the business at exhibitions, customer shows, visits and events as required
- Arrange customer visits and meetings
- Prepare customer proposals, tenders, quotations and reports
- Compile weekly call reports
- Compile and maintain a comprehensive database of existing clients and opportunities
- Be a point of contact for the business
- Follow up with customers on orders, deliveries and invoices
- Assist with marketing activities, incl. social media, presentations, advertising, etc.
- Management of office, marketing and promotional supplies
- **Desired experience and requirements**_
- 2 years’ experience in a customer centric business environment with administrative responsibility for office operations
- Must be willing to travel nationally on a regular basis
- Must be willing to travel internationally if required
- Must be computer literate
- Excellent interpersonal skills (conflict, influence, negotiation, relationship building, diversity)
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels
- Have a strong ability to function independently without supervision as well as part of a team
- Must be meticulous, and pay attention to detail
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From R5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (preferred)
Expected Start Date: 2023/02/01
