Our Client is an international company that offers world class, technologically and highly advanced digital products and services in both B2B and B2C environments. The Group is well known for their technological excellence, innovation and has one of the most admired brands globally. They have a global sales and operations network, with one of their fastest growing business units being in South Africa. Due to further dynamic development, we are now looking for a professional and committed individual to take up the position of** Corporate Communications, Marketing and Sustainability Manager (CCMS).**

This position will be based in Centurion, Gauteng and also offers a remote working element.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, performance areas include, but are not limited to:

- Managing a small team of shared communication services, including:

- Product Communications
- Demand generation activities
- Corporate online digital content - intranet, internet
- Corporate PR/ Internal Communications
- Event Management
- Sponsorships & Charities
- CSR
- and, to act a brand guardian and represent the local country in pan-European activities.
- Manage local corporate communications budget.
- Manage local agency negotiations and contracts to comply with Pan European guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with Product Teams to deliver marketing communications to distribution, dealer and retail partners to support product launch and demand generating activities inc marketing communication and partner tools.
- Manage local internal communications programme and cascade Pan European information.
- Manage local corporate PR, including crisis communication and fully leverage pan European initiatives.
- Manage company profile with leading media and analysts and act as a key spokesperson on corporate issues.
- Manage media training for NSO spokespeople and crisis communication training.
- Manage local events e.g., management conferences, kick off events and co-ordinate the Company's participation in Pan European events.
- Manage in market sponsorships, NGOs and charities, and leverage Pan European sponsorship properties.
- Manage and keep updated corporate web and intranet content.
- Chair local BCG, act as brand guardian and ensure all local communication materials meet CI guidelines and brand audit site is kept up to date.
- Participate in pan European initiatives and provide local feedback to the Company in Europe including providing best practice.
- Work collaboratively with RSO Executive Group and BU management to ensure good alignment and deliver projects as required.

**KEY RELATIONSHIPS**:

- Internal - Executive management group, in particular MD,ITCG (B2C), DP&S (B2B) other functions locally and central team.
- External - Local agencies and sponsorships/charities/NGOs, Local media and Analysts.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Matric essential.
- Educated up to university level or equivalent secondary education or qualified by experience.
- Specialised courses in the area of communications.
- Strong written and Oral communication skills in English
- Sound numerical understanding of **P&L and budgeting.**:

- Communications experience, preferably PR oriented.
- **Strong leadership and relationship management skills.**:

- Experience of** leading / managing people **outlook.
- Self-motived and pragmatic, collaborative and a team player.
- PC proficiency (MS Office Suite and other marketing related software tools and programmes)
- Open to SA citizens with a clear criminal and credit history.
- Valid unendorsed Driver’s License is essential, with own vehicle (preferred).
- Minimum **5+ Years within a related field.**

Working Hours: Monday to Friday. 08H00 - 16h30. Must be prepared to work extended hours in the case of events/launches etc.

Remuneration: Market related basic + Benefits and performance bonus.
