**Mulbarton (JHB South)** is seeking an
**IT Support Technician** to join their team.
**A+ and N+** are essential.
- **Remuneration will be determined based on experience.**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Desktop Support (install/reload Windows, troubleshoot, install and configure O365, AV's and Printers)
- Troubleshoot and install hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Knowledge of CCTV will be advantageous.
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Prioritise and manage many open cases at one time.
- Provide Remote and Onsite Support.
- Identification and resolution of hardware/software problems.
- Configuration of various hardware components.
- Proactive monitoring and quality assurance.
- Diagnosis and resolution of desktop problems for end users.
- Office 365 implementation.
- Server installations.
- Network management.

**Skills and Knowledge**

The successful incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:

- Computer hardware and software systems and programs
- Computer networks, network administration, and network installation.
- Troubleshooting.
- An efficient communicator, written and verbal.
- Ability to analyse and solve problems and make decisions.
- Work effectively in a team.

**Requirements**:

- Matric.
- A+
- N+
- Valid driver's license.
- Own reliable transport.
- Overtime when required.
- 2 Weekends per month on standby.
