**About the Role**:
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven **Customer Success Manager (CSM)** to join our Corporate Traveller team. This key role is focused on ensuring optimal customer satisfaction, retention, and growth for our valued Key Accounts. The CSM serves as the primary relationship owner and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to achieve customer goals and drive Corporate Traveller’s retention strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Relationship & Risk Management**: Build and maintain strong, multi-level relationships with clients and address service shortfalls effectively.
- **Strategic Account Management**: Develop and execute business plans for Key Accounts, track progress, and manage service level agreements (SLAs).
- **Customer & Company Profitability**: Identify opportunities for revenue growth, negotiate savings strategies for clients, and minimize travel program leakage.
- **Brand Retention & Growth**: Contribute to new business presentations, monitor customer satisfaction, and develop case studies and client reviews.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Education & Qualifications**
- Matric certificate (required).
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business or travel (preferred).

**Experience**
- Minimum 5 years of sales, business, or customer relationship experience in the Travel Industry.
- At least 2 years of C-level engagement experience.
- Proven success in achieving targets in the travel industry.
- Experience in Key Account Management and knowledge of online booking tools and corporate travel contracting are advantageous.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business and commercial acumen.
- Ability to adapt, self-manage, and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Emotional intelligence and a customer-first mindset.
