This hotel is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager.
- Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies and partnership to achieve revenue targets.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, particularly in the Government, Events and Conference sectors
- Identifying and implementation of new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities and analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
- Provide regular reports, and updates to the Cluster Sales Manager.
- Creating marketing materials for advertisements and digital content.
- Planning and assisting with Hotel Specific Events and Calendar.

Qualifications and Competencies required:
- Proven experience in sales and business development within hotel industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team.
- Strong network and understanding of the government market in Durban.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem solving.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and meet targets.
- Willingness to travel for quarterly sales visits and workshops.
