HR Officer Remuneration and Benefits

**Purpose**
This job exists to provide the company with efficient and effective HR Services, in line with Service Level Agreements, through the implementation of HR policies, processes, systems and procedures of a statistical and financial nature.
Undertaking generalist tasks associated with Remuneration and Benefits management within the organisation.
Implement plans and/or programmes to ensure the most effective utilisation of human resources to support “CLIENT”’s objectives

**Qualifications & Experience**
- 3 year tertiary qualification in HRM.
- GRP (Global Remuneration Programme) is an advantage
- At least a minimum of 3 years relevant experience and knowledge of benefits and reporting
- Proven knowledge and experience of working within benefits, knowledge and understanding of all legislations that governs Human Capital is essential
**Salary**: R624,022.46 per year
