**Main purpose**:To provide general administrative and financial administrative support to the entire Strategy, Monitoring & Reporting Department, inclusive of coordinating events, meetings and travel arrangements.

**Minimum qualification and experience**:Matric or equivalent (NQF 4). 2 years experience in Administration experience, inclusive of proven experience coordinating events at all phases from planning through to delivery.

**Key performance areas (Include but not limited to)**: Administration. Event, Meeting and Travel Coordination. Budget Coordination and Support.

**Technical skills**:Administration. Communication. Coordination. Interpersonal. Planning and organising. Problem solving. Time management. Proficiency in proofreading. Proficiency in grammar skills. Minute taking.

**Required knowledge and Behavioural (include but not limited to)**: Intermediate MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Attention to detail. Multi-tasking. Deadline driven. Team player.
