**About the Role**:
As an Administrative Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, handling a diverse range of tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- **Handling Calls**: Be the first point of contact for our clients and partners, providing exceptional service and support.
- **Quotes Management**: Prepare and manage quotes efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- **Maintenance and Repairs Admin**: Coordinate and track maintenance and repair schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed promptly and effectively.
- **Driver Coordination**: Schedule and manage drivers, ensuring logistics are handled seamlessly and on time.
**Key Qualifications**:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in administrative roles, particularly in handling calls and managing quotes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R8 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
