As an Engineering Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Engineering Team and ensuring the smooth execution of projects. Reporting to the Reliability Coordinator, your responsibilities will include administrating and controlling work orders, notifications, data capturing, and more.

Key Qualifications:

- Matric
- Familiarity with SAP (advantageous)
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Proficiency in data processing using computer systems and SAP

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the team to create daily notifications for execution
- Ensure accurate communication of notifications to Team Leaders
- Efficiently print and distribute work orders to Team Leaders
- Accurately capture actions taken and time against work orders, closing them off in SAP
- Handle general filing, typing, and administrative tasks
- Prioritize personal safety and adhere to company procedures
- Create purchase requisitions based on quotations and correct work orders
- Prepare daily budget expenditure reports for the Engineering Team
- Maintain a spreadsheet for shutdown spare part expenditures
- Compile and share the weekly standby roster with the Operations Team
- Keep records of shutdown meeting minutes
- Minute daily pre-works meetings and maintain the daily safety register
- Exercise control over and manage the tool store
