About the Role
A reputable client in the retail industry is looking for an Operations Improvement Coach in Johannesburg.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Responsible for the upliftment of Operations in Company Owned Restaurants within a designated area. Overall responsibility for the restaurant’s performance on Financials, Customer Experience, Sales, Profit and People numbers.
- Implement company programmes and communicate companies’ strategies and objectives clearly and effectively to field personnel in line with programmes developed by Finance, Human Resources, Marketing and Development.
- Analyse areas performance opportunities once opportunities have been identified ensure that specific need training and workshops has been arranged. Show progress on identified gaps.
- Responsible to ensure that all Training has been executed in restaurant through building ARM (Assistant Restaurant Manager’s Capability, ensure weekly tracking and communications to all stores.
- Responsible for delivery of Accurate Forecastingand Scheduling Assessments with upskilling sessions including Deployment during peak periods, ensure proper execution of Equity Alignment Tool.
- Responsible for all SiA projectsimplementation and performance tracking against implementation.
- Responsible for Sales and Transactions deliverance of every restaurant within PIC’s region, delivery of Customer and Sales Readiness assessments and upskilling sessions including peak planning and peak execution.
- Responsible for Customer Experience in every restaurant through analysing Customer Feedback through DSG and SMG. Analyse complaints and Customer feedback, then create a high energy CX (Customer Experience Session) and upskilling sessions.
- Responsible for restaurants compliance performance including ROCC and FSC performance, analyse top deviations and ensure that upskilling and coaching session has been arranged with restaurants.
- Responsible for UC Performance of every restaurants, look at Monthly P&L performance and create an action plan to ensure improvement month on month.
- Develop ARM (Assistant Restaurant Managers) training capability.
- Delivery and assessment of Windows Promotions Implementation on Learning Zone Portal through ARM in every restaurant, weekly tracking per restaurants.
- Guide/Coach and empower ARM’s in every restaurant to deliver Team Member Basics Completion and Practical Implementation within 7 days from starting.
- Guide/Coach and empower ARM’s in restaurant on any National Product or System roll outs required and the training cascade. LTO and Market test Completion.
- Guide/Coach ARM’s in every restaurant to ensure the effective utilisation of the Champions Standards Library by all employees.
- Plan & facilitate the training workshops required for Developing Champions and LMR DP
- DC Orientation & Module Trainer (LAS, LAR, LARC)
- All courses contained in the training continuum.
- Responsible for each OIC’s area to facilitate trainers required for the workshop: SME’s, TRGMS (Training Restaurant General Managers), External Consultants and Area Coaches (LMR DP)
- Manage the Training Centres within the geography to budget.
- Ensure quarterly and yearly certification of OHS requirements, including Fire Fighting, First Aid and OHS representative.
- Participate in Centralised Orientation & Recruitment Days (ensuring maximum learning retention through experiential techniques and demonstration of HWWT2culture)
- Participate in Recruitment days, including post-session feedback & reporting.
- Co-ordinate the reporting process for all trainees, to provide overall training tracking on a weekly basis.
- Communicate feedback on progress of trainees to Area Coaches, HRBPs and Ops Manager.
- Provide monthly feedback to Market Manager against GAP analysis and progress Month on Month.
- Provide feedback on the Developing Champions programme and other training workshops and identify suggestions for improvement.
