We are looking for a Call Centre Agent to join our team and take us from strength-to-strength.

The position will entail the following
- Answering of calls and assisting clients with maintenance queries
- Logging calls on fleet domain
- Ensuring and facilitating the repairs of vehicles that belong to the company and suppliers
- Liasing with clients on behalf of the supplier
- Following up on Queries that are logged until they are closed
- Facilitating the mechanical repairs on vehicles
- Compiling downtime report for vehicles that are down
- Liaising with Suppliers to keep track of the vehicles that are at their workshops for repairs and which repairs are required
- Assisting clients with rent to own queries
- Answer calls that come through the call Centre Line.
- Take queries and create reference numbers for clients on Fleet Domain.
- Schedule maintenance and repairs.
- Notifying service providers on vehicles that need maintenance.
- Follow up and make sure that vehicles have been repaired and service.
- Update clients on the progress and outcome of their vehicles.

**Experience and Qualifications**

Gr.12 minimum

Experience in a Fleet call centre environment essential

Please note that the call centre position is shift based including night shift and the employee will be required to work on-site

**Salary**: R7,000.00 - R9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Midrand, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
