**Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming calls and inquiries from patients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Schedule dental appointments, ensuring efficient utilization of dental resources and proper coordination with the dental team.
- Verify insurance information, process claims, and handle medical billing tasks accurately and in compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with dental providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to resolve billing and insurance-related issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulations.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the call center and dental clinic.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, insurance plans, and medical billing practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care over the phone.
- Proficiency in using call center software and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, including HIPAA, and commitment to maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle high call volumes, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
