**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality from a recognised establishment (Essential)
- At least 3 years’ experience in a 4/5* Hotel
- 2 years in a supervisory role in F&B (ESSENTIAL)
- Computer /Administration skills
- Microsoft Office
- Word, Excel Outlook. Operating POS systems and Stock Management systems experience beneficial.
- Extremely professional and well presented with solid English Language skills on a verbal and written level.
- Well versed in F&B trends and terminology
- wine pairings, food preparation etc. Can make solid recommendations to customers
- Excellent knowledge of the highest level of customer service in a luxury environment

- Good knowledge and understanding of stock procedures and control
- Good knowledge of the operation of relevant appliances and equipment
- Basic knowledge of planning, budgeting and departmental administration
- Understands hospitality hours
- Weekends, public holidays, flexible hours

- marketing, promotional ideas and to supervise the inventory and set the standard for the actual event

- Happy to engage with guests on the floor during meal times, upselling and making recommendations.
**Description**
- Supervise service, manage service standards, and ensure that service staff are fully prepared for each guest service, including confidence in food/menu descriptions and wine pairing recommendations
- Ensure consistency in services and products offered
- Perform service tasks including presentation and sales of beverages and training thereof, ensuring that the required profit margins are met
- Promote optimal communication between the Kitchen and the Service team, including daily service meetings and appropriate pass management
- Maintain beverage and service equipment inventories and keep inventory records
- Ensure all guest information available is collected and communicated prior to arrival
- Ensure that work practices are efficient, clean and hygienic
- Ensure that deadlines on all projects are met
