This position is available at one of Anneke Strauss’s clients, an Architect, at offices just outside of Wellington.
- Personal assistance to the Architect and other office staff;
- Invoicing and payments;
- Bank reconciliation;
- Recordkeeping;
- Liaison with municipalities and other organisations;
- General administration etc.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification;
- Proven experience as a personal assistant / office coordinator;
- Advanced MS Office skills;
- Own reliable transport (a prerequisite)
- Accurate numerical and accounting skills
- Task, detail and system orientated;
- Ability to work independently;
- Proficient in Afrikaans and English
