Office Manager

**The Role** JOB PURPOSE**
We are looking for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.
Accurately receive all incoming calls and transfer to appropriate persons. Assist and greet all visitors in a professional manner and inform appropriate persons on arrival of guests.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- overseeing providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology
- ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained
- ordering stationery and equipment
- directing correspondence, complaints and queries from Pingo Website
- supervising and monitoring the work of Cleaning staff
- Point person for maintenance, supplies, equipment and errands
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers
- Provide general support to visitors
- Perform review and analysis of special projects and keep the management properly informed
- Determine current trends and provide a review to management to act on
- Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
- Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment
**Requirements**:
- Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
**Qualifications**:
- Matric
- Office Management certificate/diploma
- 2 years office management experience
