**Main purpose**
To facilitate contact resolution of inbound & escalated customer queries received from our Customers, whilst at all times ensuring that the customer experience is consistent with the RCS brand values.

**Key Responsibilities**
Manage Inbound/Outbound calls
Problem solve: Identify a realistic and accurate understanding of the problem at hand by carefully analysing, diagnosing and investigating the issues and factors surrounding the problem as well as to decide on the appropriate solution and or action thereof
Liaise and communicate relevant information verbally and in written format
Plan and organise: Prioritise daily, weekly and monthly tasks. Carry out each task timeously
Ensure service levels adhered to
General adhoc and administrative duties

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
Grade 12/ Matric Qualification
Computer literacy; must be efficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Previous Customer Service experience
