**The Job Specification**:
This position will be in the accounts department and is a customer facing accounts position.
- **At least 3 years’ experience** in accounting or bookkeeping.
- A certificate or diploma in accounting or bookkeeping will be advantageous
- Minimum 2 years’ experience dealing with customers in relation to their accounts
- Accurate and meticulous with figures
- Solid and accurate experience in reconciliations
- Experience with ticketing systems (like Freshdesk, Zendesk or similar)
- Experience with stock take, dispatch, deliveries
- Problem solving
- Attention to detail
- Warehouse experience an advantage
- Stock take experience (dispatch and deliveries)
- Problem solving skills

- Fast and accurate
- Must be fully proficient both in verbal and written communications in English
- Accurate and meticulous with figures
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team
- Able to work under pressure
- Must have own transport
- Able to work occasionally over weekends or after hours for month-ends for months end processes, stock takes, etc.
- Able to follow the process and procedures

**Note**:
**Working Hours & Shifts**:
The department works on rotational shifts as follows: Working hours are from 10:00 to 19:00 and alternate weeks from 08:00 to 17:00.
**IT Skills**:
- Experience in Google Suite products including but not limited to Google sheets, Google Docs, Gmail, Calendar etc.
- Ability to work with formula's
- Ability to work in spreadsheets
**Start: Immediate**
**Location**:Fairlands/Northcliff when in office & remote work as well (at discretion of company and department management)
**Remote working requirements**:
- Your own good quality laptop
- WIFI - with uninterrupted supply

**Job Type**: Contract to Permanent depending on performance
**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month
