**Minimum Requirements**:
Job Requirements:
2-5 years’ experience in an administration or business planning environment
Degree or Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., business management, economics, etc.)
Desired - 2-3 years in a strategy or business planning role

Knowledge & Skills:
Knowledge of Business Planning and Business Strategy
Good understanding of daily SHERQ requirements
The company policy and procedure framework
The company mandate, strategy, and stakeholder analysis
Integrity, honesty, interpersonal skills, results orientated, creativity, innovation, resilience, task & time management, Financial acumen, computer literacy, Planning and Organizing, report writing, editing, proficiency in English

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Key Performance Areas:
Assists with developing strategic planning framework for the organization’s Business Planning activities.
Following direction from the Business Planning Coordinator, conducts research on new technologies and industry trends and identify strategy planning and performance management processes for the company.
Keeps abreast of changes in the strategic management and performance management disciplines and provide specialist advice to the company.
Supports the implementation of a high-performance organizational culture.
Educates EXCO and management on latest developments in strategic planning methodologies and process.
Coordinates strategic planning communication sessions with staff to ensure shared vision within company fees for admission and other services.
Assists with organizing department sessions to develop departmental and unit business plans.
Assists with ensuring the interpretation and correct cascading of targets down to all levels in the company and the overall alignment of performance standards.
Assists with organizing strategic planning communication sessions with staff to ensure shared vision within the company.

Writes and compiles required reports.
Maintains secured (manuals and electronic) filing system for all relevant documentation.
