Our Client in the Motor Financial Services Industry is looking for a Fleet administrator to join their dynamic team.

The purpose of the role is to provides the Area Fleet Finance Managers as well as Corporate, Fleet and Wholesale customers with administrative support on all deals from acquisition to conclusion of sale as well as in administrating transactions against corporate, fleet and wholesale credit facilities

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achievement of agreed corporate, wholesale and fleet sales and business objectives including KPIs and development.
- Through remote working facilities administers corporate, wholesale and fleet customer interactions, queries and complaints.
- Resolves customer dissatisfaction/complaints and takes ownership of the problem.
- Collects customer feedback to help improve customer service.
- Ensures that product knowledge and advice is technically accurate.
- Assists Area Fleet Finance Managers, National Fleet Finance Manager in preparing credit reviews for corporate, fleet and wholesale customers.
- Draws up client contracts in line with approved facility.
- Loads client contract details onto system according to invoice specifications and process checks.
- Provides completed client contract pack to client or Area Fleet Finance Manager for signing.
- Checks adherence to all client contract requirements and special conditions once contract signed by all relevant parties.
- Obtains securities in line with the approved facility.
- Checks signatories to approve securities.
- Lodges approved security with securities division.
- Prepares, loads, validates supplier information and obtain signatures upon receipt of invoices.
- Keeps a payment schedule of all transactions and ensure it balances against the original facility once deal goes live.
- Prepares contracts for pay-out and send to MSC for vetting and pay-out.
- Resolves any errors and omissions raised by the MSC with the assistance of the Marketer.
- Arranges or follows up on insurance for existing clients.
- Lodges contract documents once transaction has been paid-out.
- Adheres to Company policies and procedures.
- Maintains accurate activity reports.
- Contributes to team success by ensuring team commitment and cohesion.

- Shares best practices that will benefit the team.
- Respects diversity and values inclusivity.
- Plans for and maintains a sound working relationship with corporate, fleet and wholesale customers and stakeholders in the dealer network.
- Ensures continuous process improvement to enable effective operational processes.
- Builds the brand and business relationship with corporate customers and the Toyota Dealer Network.
- Any other duties as required
- Grade 12
- NQF5 in Administration or equivalent qualification is preferred
- Credit Clear
- At least twelve months experience in a telesales or contact centre environment in providing an administration or support function.
- Communication Skills - verbal & written

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Vehicle finance adminstration: 1 year (required)
