Internal Sales Representative

**2. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION**:
- Conduct cold calls to prospective customers.
- Strive towards always ensuring customer delight.
- Professionally schedule appointments with customers.
- Visit each existing customer monthly.
- Maintain customer and contact information on Accello regularly.
**3. SALES MANAGEMENT AND TARGETS**:
- Meet agreed-upon sales targets monthly.
**4. REPORTING/RECORD KEEPING AND PROJECT PLANNING**:
- Maintain a task list on Accello.
- Manage cost and quote actions.
- Follow up on quotes.
- Maintain a quote database for allocated customers.
- Convert quotes and acceptance into jobs and tickets.
- Manage projects and Work In Progress (WIP) jobs daily.
- Task internal sales to invoice jobs in the fabrication department.
- Ensure customers sign proof of delivery.
- Prepare call reports and forward planners daily.
- Arrange and manage kick-off meetings for jobs over R50,000 in value.
- Participate in monthly stock takes.
**5. HEALTH AND SAFETY**:
- Ensure that health and safety requirements and guidelines are honored daily.
