**Main Responsibilities**:
- Escalated Complaints/Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve
high-level customer complaints.
- Develop, implement, and maintain sales training and scripts.
- Coordinate with valuers to ensure accurate and timely business
valuations.
- Manage relationships with clients in the mortgage sector.
**Required Skills**:
- Proven track record in business development.
- Extensive experience in high-value sales environments.
- Assertive and confident with a dynamic sales approach.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly
pronounce names.
- Knowledge of Jordan Belfort’s straight line sales system.
- Ability to manage pitch pace and tonality effectively.
- Proficiency in memorizing and delivering sales scripts.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- Background in real estate sales.
- Mortgage Lending Knowledge: Understanding of mortgage lending
practices.
- Empathy & Patience: Ability to remain calm and patient in all
interactions.
- Sales Coaching Experience: Experience in coaching and training
sales teams.
- Quality over Volume: Focus on delivering high-quality calls rather
than high volume.
**Additional skills & requirements**:
- Experience in a similar high-value sales role.
- Advanced knowledge of business valuation processes.
- Familiarity with industry-specific sales tools and CRM systems.
- Home office setup with own equipment.
