The purpose of the **PROCUREMENT ADMINISTRATOR** role is to assist the Head of Procurement and Sundries Team in procurement of Sundries, health and safety requirements and administrative tasks.

**Critical Results**
- Review 3-month level plan and maintain an inventory stock control process
- Plan & order approved stock requirements accordingly to the level plan and weekly cutting schedule
- Maintain an approved stock level plan with suppliers according to 3-month level plan
- Perform all the SAP functions related to PO load and inventory upload
- Check bill of material once a month on level plan and communicate any discrepancies
- Request upload of new vendors, when necessary, by following procurement processes and procedures
- Create approved orders on SAP & send orders to vendors
- Attend to all queries on invoices within 24hours
- Communicate any price variation or Sundries changes immediately

**Key Metrics**
- Control the stock levels at suppliers and in the department
- Liaise with vendors on late orders
- Communicate price changes on items with Sundries Controller
- Liaise with vendors on new items
- Communicate with vendors on stock control regularly
- Discuss new developments with HOD as required
- Follow and support the ISO, Health and Safety and Quality systems
- Assist in controlling the Sundries budget
- Respond appropriately to urgent issues as they arise, dealing appropriately with any consequences
- Execute all other operational, administrative and support functions swiftly

**Education**:

- Certificate (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative procurement in a fast paced environment: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
