Field Sales Executive

Onfon Mobile is a technology company that works with mobile telephone companies to sell phones to the mass market through their shops and their partner shops such as large chain stores to customers who do not qualify for contract phones.
The field sales executive will be responsible for pushing sales numbers in their assigned geographical region.
**Roles**
- Synchronize and align with the sales manager and the Vodacom sales team in developing and execution of field sales strategies to deliver intended sales target
- Work closely with Vodacom trading partners on sales execution and demand fulfillment to meet sales targets set
- Provide on ground support for Vodacom trading partners in sales, training and monitoring service delivery
- Manage field sales branding presence, visibility, awareness and collaterals in synchrony with Vodacom field sales team and the trading partner.
- Consume BI reports on a daily basis for identification of new opportunities to increase service delivery to the customers.
- Regular visits to trading partner for Training and monitoring purposes.
- The job entails payment of a retainer salary and earnings of commissions from sales made in a sales area.
**Qualifications**
1. Bachelor degree in business related course
2. At least 1 year experience in sales
3. Demonstrate ability to deliver sales targets
4. Demonstrate ability to work in a sales team
5. Demonstrate ability to conduct training and supervision of the sales staff.
**Salary**: R4,000.00 - R4,100.00 per month
