Sportable is looking for a Software Project Manager to join our dynamic and innovative R&D team. As SW Project Manager, you will play a vital role in facilitating the adoption of Agile methodologies (primarily Scrum) within our fast paced and collaborative environment. You will have previous experience in SW development with expertise in scrum practices. Combining your exceptional communication and leadership skills will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement, fostering team collaboration and achieving successful project outcomes.

Required skills / Experience:

- Degree qualified with minimum 3 years’ project management experience primarily in SW methodologies delivering complex technical products.
- Must have experience working with Embedded systems integrating with Hardware teams on custom platform development
- Experience of managing workstreams with Agile processes / methodologies - such as DevOps, Scrum, SAFe environment etc.
- Good organisational skills with experience using software platforms for project management, such as JIRA, confluence and collaboration tools SharePoint etc.
- Understanding of high quality user stories and how to drive to a satisfactory MVP
- Ability to toggle between strategic planning and operational delivery
- Ability to engage technically to have a good understanding of challenges facing the R&D team

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand ups with the development teams
- Partner with Product owners to manage quality, time and scope of deliverables whilst tracking progress and velocity
- Work with the Senior Technical Project Manager to help define and build processes and tools within the project management space
- Be a key contributor to the overall project delivery schedule in conjunction with the Principle Project Manager
- Cooperating with Engineering teams to define and maintain estimates and plans, track progress and manage project issues, risks and opportunities

- Principal Project Manager

- SW development teams (FW/BE/FE)
- Product managers
- Head of R&D departments (HW, Algorithm, Field Team)
- Senior management team
